I can´t hear that anymore "we all are responsible". Sounds like a cheap excuse that nothing happens.

Fact is though, that there are 10-15 users with lots of influence, nothing happens without them. They should go ahead and address the problems, at least start an open and honest dialogue.
That would be great, for sure. But in my view it's also very problematic that we say we are on a decentralized platform yet the initiative is with a few people. I'm not sure we can have it both ways.
Anyways, somehow we have to organize ourselves better is what I'm thinking. So that we can be effective at making changes. Shouldn't be that difficult to gather multiple people, put together ideas, and find ways to implement some of the easier ideas. Just my thought.
