Well, the people with most stake have the most to lose from the token depreciating, I think the passive income for them is peanuts compared to what they have invested and what they have to lose/gain. So they are strongly incentivized to be active and to look for ways to grow the network. At least in theory. In reality, and I am simply guessing here, maybe they are not super concerned about their own financial wellbeing since they are doing more than fine anyways, and at the same time they can only put so much focus/effort into Hive, and they are also limited by their own skill set. It also takes time for things to happen, and it takes adoption by the users even if someone comes out with something.
I think we definitely lack clear and actionable ideas for growing the network. There's just not agreement between ourselves on what to do. Btw, have you seen the Distriator project that is onboarding businesses to accept HBD? What do you think about it?
