I don't see anything wrong with getting a message regarding any proposal. This is a way to spread awareness and potentially get votes and funding from people who might have missed a post on the chain (although I'm reading all proposals by myself). But there's a huge difference between a message asking for a vote, and a message bullying you to do it because not doing it might have "consequences". Ask Hive account@pharesim.
