Firstly this community is specially dedicated to quotes writing & only positive quotes. People can also share motivational, inspirational stories but short ones.
So main objectives of this community are Positivity, Short, Quotes.
Maybe my search is incomplete but i didn't find such a community with these dedicated objectives.

Yes its true that many communities are inactive but this doesn't mean that no one will create any new community just because others are not doing well. One start the community assuming it will perform so well. So yes it should be my responsibility to keep active & growing this community.

You are looking for a negative side, just look at the positive side of it. Is it already determined that this community will also be inactive like others? Not yet..
So you can also expect that this will not like other ones.
