Who doesn't like a cold and sweet dessert in the summer or for afternoon snack? Today I made Colorful Falooda at home in a very easy way. Although it is very common to eat Falooda at restaurants, the joy of making everything with your own hands in a healthy way is different.
To make this Falooda, I used sabudana, noodles and of course a few colored jellies. Especially the use of green and orange jellies gave an eye-catching look to the whole dish. When the jellies float with the Falooda mixture, it is as attractive to look at as it is refreshing to eat.
I made the base by mixing boiled sabudana and noodles with a thick mixture of milk and sugar. Then, I cooled it and added jelly in different layers.
Those of us who have small children at home know that children judge any food with their eyes first. The glow on their faces after I put this colorful Falooda in front of them is truly satisfying. Children love jelly, and this Falooda has the right balance of jelly and sweetness, so they chose it with great enthusiasm.
