A parent can sacrifice all the happiness in the world to see a smile on their child's face. And if that smile comes from getting something they love, then there is no limit to that joy. When I went to the store and was choosing my daughter's favorite frock from the variety of dresses, a different feeling was running through my mind. How my mother Moni would look like a fairy if she wore the dress. This thought filled my mind with a strange peace. And when I chose a backpack with his favorite cartoon character, it felt like I had won a battle.
When I returned home and handed the two packets to my daughter, the sudden surprise in her eyes and the wide smile on her face were worth seeing. The way she happily danced around the house like a fairy with her wings cut off upon receiving the new dress. That will be one of the best scenes of my life. The joy of standing in front of the mirror with that cute pose and walking around the house with the new bag on my back. After seeing all this, the amount of self-satisfaction that was working in my heart cannot be expressed in words.
In fact, the heavenly happiness that lies in being able to fulfill the small wishes of a child cannot be found in anything else. All the fatigue, busyness and mental stress of the whole day seemed to fly away like camphor in exchange for that one moment of laughter. It felt like all the hard work and struggle of life were worthwhile today. New clothes and bags may be just some material things But the emotion, love and innocent joy of a daughter that went with it will forever remain etched in my memory. There is no gift in this world more precious and beautiful than a child's smile.
