COWBOY! VAQUERO! Esa fue la temática que representé en este trabajo audiovisual. Esto es... Mi autobiografía. Les explicaré qué tanto hicimos para lograrlo y la simbología de cada uno de los elementos.

Primero, explicaré los elementos, iremos por parte. Primero que todo: ¿Por qué un vaquero?
Desde pequeño la temática del viejo oeste ha llamado mi atención, de hecho, monto caballo y tuve cercanía con la vida del campo durante un tiempo por una finca familiar.
La música: Muddy Waters - Mannish Boy.
Muddy fue un cantante de blues estadounidense, género musical que me gusta. El tema ''Mannish Boy'' fue utilizado anteriormente en la película ''Goodfellas'' o ''Buenos Muchachos'' en español, película dirigida por mi director favorito: MARTIN SCORSESE. Así que el tema escogido fue un tributo.

Since I was little, the theme of the old west has caught my attention, in fact, I ride a horse and was close to country life for a while on a family farm.
The music: Muddy Waters - Mannish Boy.
Muddy was an American blues singer, a musical genre that I like. The theme "Mannish Boy" was previously used in the movie "Goodfellas" or "Buenos Muchachos" in Spanish, a film directed by my favorite director: MARTIN SCORSESE. So the theme chosen was a tribute.
Ese día armé un storyboard de cómo quería que se viera el vídeo, mi primo me ayudó, fue el camarógrafo. Pero fue una clara prueba de que no siempre salen las cosas como queremos... Sino mejores. Nos fuimos a un terreno a grabar las primeras tomas de la introducción, el espacio que habíamos escogido no era lo suficientemente grande, pues no iba a quedar como quería. Así que sugerí unas tomas con desenfoque, planos a detalle... En ese momento comenzó a llover, nos quedamos porque pensamos que pararía pronto... NO FUE ASÍ. La lluvia fue más y más fuerte a tal punto que guardamos la cámara y tuvimos que correr a casa, yo con botas de vaquero, sombrero y toda la ropa mojada y pesada, cargando la silla y mi primo la cámara, corriendo por la calle, las personas nos miraban raro, QUÉ VERÜENZA.
That day I put together a storyboard of how I wanted the video to look, my cousin helped me, he was the cameraman. But it was a clear proof that things don't always go the way we want ... but better. We went to a field to record the first takes of the introduction, the space that we had chosen was not big enough, because it was not going to be the way I wanted. So I suggested some shots with blur, detailed shots ... At that moment it started to rain, we stayed because we thought it would stop soon ... IT WAS NOT. The rain was stronger and stronger to the point that we put away the camera and he had to run home, me with cowboy boots, a hat and all the wet and heavy clothes, carrying the chair and my cousin the camera, running down the street, people looked at us weird, WHAT A SHAME.

Al llegar a casa lavamos la indumentaria y la dejamos secar para el siguiente día. Gracias a Dios el cielo había amanecido despejado y pudimos grabar sin problemas. Salió mejor de lo esperado. La cámara estuvo en una mesa debajo de unas cartas de póker para lograr el plano jajaja, se trabaja con lo que se tiene.
When we get home we wash the clothes and let them dry for the next day. Thank God the sky had dawned clear and we were able to record without problems. She came out better than expected. The camera was on a table under some poker cards to achieve the shot hahaha, you work with what you have.
