I hope everything is well and good.14th August 2022 is a very special day for all Pakistanis because it is the day of independence. Pakistan became an independent country on 14th August 1947.

FOUNDER :
Quaid e azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan, was born on 25th December, 1876. His father's name was Jinnah poonja. Muhammad Ali Jinnah belongs to the merchant family. He was the great scholar and a great lawyer of his time. He served as the leader of the All India muslim league.

ALLAMA IQBAL's ROLE :
In achieving Pakistan's independence, Allama Iqbal was a key player. He was an excellent poet. With his poetry, he awakens both muslims and hindus. He made numerous sacrifices in support of a distinct homeland. To develop Pakistan as a distinct entity, Allama Iqbal struggled tirelessly.

SIR SAYYED AHMED KHAN's ROLE :
Sir sayyed ahmed khan also played a significant role for the independence of pakistan. He was the father of theTwo Nation Theory. In which he explained that there are two different nations living together. Both nations have different culture's and tradition's. He rises up the matter that they can't live in a single state. Hindus should be separated and Muslims should also be separated.

SACRIFICES :
As the first governer general of Pakistan, Quaid e azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah gave many sacrifices for making a separate state known as Pakistan. Quaid e azam and his team gave many sacrifices and in the end they became successful in their mission. A new state Pakistan take place in this land.

EVENTS AND CELEBRATIONS :
Every year on 14th of August many events and celebrations are organised in all over the country. Like Flag hoisting, parades, award ceremonies, singing patriotic songs, and national anthem, speeches by the president and prime minister, entertainment and cultural programs.
