What's good everybody it's your boy, Charlie!

Today was our first day of live streaming the Pokemon Sword Nuzlocke we have been planning. It was exciting to start reading the script in front of people. Our Nuzlocke seemed well-received and since we are in recovery from a long break I didn't expect to many visitors to even know what a Nuzlocke is. Welcome to a POKEMON HARD MODE CHALLENGE! This is a Let's Play of the Game with a few added rules. Read the description for all the details then join us in the chat for some fun!

Nuzlocke Rules

Any Pokemon who faints in battle is deceased and must be placed in the DEAD BOX. (FAN REVIVE DETAILS - read * below)
We can only capture the first Pokemon inside a new area, any encounter in the specific areas are valid excluding dens which count as separate areas themselves. ALL POKEMON MUST BE NICKNAMED (DUPES CLAUSE - read ** below)

*REVIVE = Hitting our monthly star goal before the end of the series will allow us to get one to revive for any pokemon in the box
** DUPES = If the first encounter in an area is a Pokemon we have captured already then we can go to the next.

As the series progresses I will add more rules and sets voted on by the community.

Pokemon League Forming!

The BoyCharlieFamily is growing day by day and last night we reached 770 Followers during last night's Max Raid Monday Livestreams. A month away from everyone actually made me a little sad and it was a blessing to see everyone again. I want to truly thank my moderator team of Sammy, Adam, Alex, and Melanie for being supportive during my time away from streaming. Even though we have never met before it feels nice to have made such quick friends within this space. Ones that are supportive of the craft that I am doing and benefit from the community we are trying to create. A strong network of friendly and funny Pokemon Trainers who wish to do their best. It was awesome being able to catch up with everyone last night. A special shoutout to our star donors from last night Teesh Facey! Thank you so much for your support of the BoyCharlieFamily - Online Content Creation Community.

Moderators and I are shaping the beginning of the BoyCharlieFamily! Pokemon League Tournament Circuit. The BoyCharlieFamily is regrowing it's Pokemon Base after the month-long drought and with that, we want to reintroduce our battle scene. One episode proved that there is a want for people to want to battle. Pokemon has made it very hard to review footage in this generation of games compared to others. BoyCharliePlays streams will only show content from my battles. We will list the results from other people's matches.

We want to create fun ways for the BoyCharlieFamily Community to interact with us. Our current Hive Power allows us to give out 0.03 Hive per upvote. I am asking members of my online community to take part in a quick question contest in the comment section. It is a simple contest that will ease some people into the platform and make it beneficial for them over time to want to come by more.

What are some things you like to do when the weather is hot?

When the weather starts to get hot it's funny...normally I'm working and don't have much time for leisure. In fact, I find that a lot of the time I don't know how to sit there and have fun with something in a traditional way.

How do I receive an upvote? What are the criteria?
