This is me trying to write again. It's been way too long. At some point, I wasn't sure I'd find my way back to my pen, but I'm willing to try again. Writing is one thing I cannot do without it. It's always been and will continue to be a breath of fresh air.

I want to write a melody
With the letters of your name
A tune as sweet as your voice
One only your soul understands
It'd be as new as day
But also as familiar as a baby's first steps
We will dance to its enchantment
And get lost in the euphoria
I want to paint the earth
With the colour of your eyes
Big, bright, beautiful
Drawing everyone into its warmth
Like a double rainbow
It will be irresistible
And I will spend the whole day
Basking in it's awesomeness
I want to travel the world
With your sweet smile by my side
The sound of your giggles
Reminding me to keep being happy
Each day I will awake
To you watching over me
Your fingers traveling my body
While I let ecstasy take me with it
