
So after trying to finish my cousin's piece (still working on it) and getting a little portrait-sick, I decided to do something different, something original and so I went through my stuff from back in high school, as one does for a little inspiration.
But a little bit of this was prompted by my youngest brother saying he'd never play because the aesthetics just don't appeal to him. I think it's a pretty cool game with good mechanics but I have to agree with him when it comes to flavor and that's what has made the game a none starter for me.

I've always been a fan of trading card games, especially Magic: The Gathering, and would spend countless hours copying the artwork or trying to come up with my own original designs to the neglect of my school work and my father's disappointment.
I think it came out alright but that might be that I did it exclusively in greyscale...
