As i said in my previous post this nail art is for summer. Everyone goes to the beach in summer so that's what i'm gonna show you today.
For this nail art i used the following products:
- nude gel polish (as much as possible the colour of the sand)
- 2 shades of blue gel polishes
- light green gel polish
- white gel polish
- white paste
- acrylic clear powder
- brush for the ombre technique
- a liner brush
- the smaller doting tool
- some paper and brush cleaner to clean the nail art brushes
- palette (for the mixing of the colours)
- buffer (i know that i need a new one but it's not my priority right now)
- brush
- and of course the tip
First of all i had to prepare the tip with the buffer and i wiped off the dust with the brush. Then i created the sand. At the first layer i didn't used a lot of colour of gel polish because i wanted to place the sand. If i put too much colour, the gel polish would spread.
First layer, second, third, fourth.
At the fourth layer i put the acrylic powder first and then i put the tip into the lamp.
I got a second one tip too, to help me as spoon.
It needs more than three "spoons" of acrylic powder to get this effect.
This is the texture that it should get.
Then i continued with the sea. I used the brush for the ombre technique.
First layer.
Second layer.
Third layer.
You can stop at the third layer but i wanted to create some smaller waves.
Before i begin with the third layer i prepared my colours on the palette. I created a shade of blue with the light green, blue and white to create the some waves. Then i got some darker blue and i mixed it with the colour that i've made before to create a darker blue.
Only with white gel polsh i tried to give like a light on the existing lines as waves. I put the acrylic powder and i put the tip in the lamp for 30 seconds.
After the acrylic powder you have to clean the tip very well with a brush.
For the big wave i used white paste and with my dotting tool i created the bubbles by making small circles. When i was satisfied with the result i put the acrylic powder and i put the tip in the lamp for 60 seconds.
The trick for the big wave is to move the dotting tool in circle, without getting too much of the product.
I used paste for the big wave because is more stable than gel polishes.
If you want you can add on the sand some seashells or pearls whatever you want to match it with the beach. i didn't put anything else because it's a unique nail art anyway.
