As usual, I found this marked down in the "Managers Special" section of Kroger meats.
It is a "London Broil". Of course I froze it, and just two days ago thawed it out again.
I seasoned it with Sea Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper and left it to sit overnight.
I trimmed of a small end, that was quite thin. I used it for a "Single Serve Stir Fry" last night.
It was quite tough. I hope the rest of the meat isn't so.
I'm going to have:
"Ut Cokra"... no wait, that's not right.

Yellow Rice. I shall probably have a small salad alongside.
My friend who is coming will bring Potato Salad (I know, two starches)
I met Nathan last Dec, when he and three others came to my door on a Sunday afternoon. Their church is right around the corner, and they were "witnessing".
He and I have continued a sort of relationship, mostly via text.
I wish I had more photos, but the times they are a wasting; we eat at 5 pm.
