Well, think again. đ„
We shut ourselves up, in tiny rooms in our minds,
The windows closed, the curtains pulled.
In this self-imposed prison, we could open the blinds,
With sunlight; our fears to be lulled.
We should open the shutters, throwing fears to the wind;
Have we not our nightlights outgrown?
As the world grows more angry, is our love growing thinned?
Why do we walk and watch our phones?
Filled with potential, fated with enormity;
The universe is our oyster.
Differences are our assets, not deformity.
We canât excel in a cloister
Love is always the answer; joining all mankind;
Shining through the window. Open the blinds.
