I am speaking about the terrace here. No more than 6 x 6 on the second floor. Ah, but the location!
My paparazzi lens actually makes it appear as if one (the sea) was just behind the other (the terrace). There are actually a couple hundred more meters between the two.
But still, from a certain perspective, it is right there. From another perspective, a couple of kilometers are nothing.
Anywhere near enough is great. Near the sea, I mean. It holds a special attraction to me and my family, and I'm planning on buying a kayak and a paddle so that I can row daily when the weather allows it ;) For that, I would need a yard or a garage over there by the seaside. Maybe a place to live, too. But honestly, the first thing I need, is a place to build on. I am in this building mood. A terrace similar to the one above is a must, too. But perhaps with shade. I am a person who cares a lot about a good, reliable shade.

And those are not necessities, those I speak of are dreams, goals, plans, ideas, thoughts...Some of them achievable, so let's achieve them.
The space that terrace takes is roughly priced at 90 Euro per square meter or what's that...500+ Hive? Times 36...that means...
The terrace needs space worth 18 k Hive. Almost there ;)
Oh, and paperwork. And carpenter's work. And some more which I will be happy to do. Because building something you consider good is pretty meaningful. Even if the goal itself is not. The process of building towards something is.
