Receiving a visit from them, represented a great algría because I had never had the opportunity to receive them and where I am, is 25 km from the city where they live.
When they invite us to eat, they prepare something typical of Chile, take a photo and post it on Facebook or Instagram. His dishes are very delicious

We were notified the day before and immediately we began to prepare the dishes we would serve: One Chilean and one Venezuelan
The Chilean celebrates and shares almost always (99.9% of the time) with a roast that includes beef, sausages, chicken and even pork ribs; so we decided to make a combination that we call Rustic Picada.
If you want to know about this plate, I invite you to read here or there

We also prepare a type of salad that they call "Pebre" consisting of tomato, onion, paprika and coriander, garlic, parsley, pepper, salt, all finely chopped, with a touch of hot pepper, oil, and white vinegar

And as a Venezuelan dish, we prepare a rib soup with all of the law. It is not a broth; It is a soup to be satisfied for the rest of the day.

The ingredients that we use, in addition to water, were: Low-fat beef rib, ahuyama, corn (We call it jojoto and the Chileans choclo ) potato, carrot, green male banana, vanilla beans, cassava and some aromatic herbs such as coriander and parsley.
45 minutes later, my sister arrived less with her troop and my niece to share the fruit of our work. It was a unique moment; Sharing with the closest family and friends not only strengthens the relationship but also, we can know the projects that each one has and how we can support each other to make them a reality.

After that, we went to the pool. I didn't take any pictures because we all got in and enjoyed ourselves for a few hours and of course, I woke up with nasal congestion. Lol.
The most important lesson of all this is that sharing with family and friends who are like family, is an excellent way to enjoy the company and learn from the experiences of each of us. I like to share, as you can see in my publications.
After all, it is a beautiful thing in life that we can do, because, after all this hustle and bustle, it is time to wash things and store the soup that was left in the freezer because we did for 30 people and we were only 12. So, if you want to spend For this place to share with us, all you have to bring is hunger and desire to teach us the experiences you have learned during your life.
This is our steemfest in Chile!

Did you know that and
run a healing campaign. To participate you can use the #spreadlovenotwar tag to gain more visibility by the group of curators of the
family.
