I think this may hit many people deep and a lot of us (well at least myself) wish we could be move more towards the "eye for an eye" mentality without any lasting consequences. Don't get me wrong. If I have to defend someone, I will and I do. But sometimes I tend to strategically outweigh the situation first. The feeling of wanting to get justice on some of the most despicable people and situations, but being powerless to do so, is very frustrating.
Let me give a real-life example of what I mean.
To any educated and honest person the government in my country and/or people with a lot of power are clearly corrupt and preying on the poor and simple minded, by keeping them poor, brain-washing them with false propaganda so they vote again and keeping them happy with food-baskets so they can survive. In these people their bubble, the government is their hero. And if I even dare to say anything about, I get attacked by them.
