Letra: Amor Platónico

Me gustaría poder mirarme
a través de tus ojos místicos;
entonces así poder descubrir
eso que no te atreves a decir.

El misterio de tu silencio
alimenta mi vaga ansiedad
y es muy difícil controlarme
cuando se me impide evitarte.

Te tengo tan cerca cada día
y a veces se vuelve agonía
porque no puedo abrazarte
y es hasta imposible ignorarte.

Ojalá puedas darme una señal
que me haga saber tu verdad;
por lo menos todo estaría claro
y de la nube me tendré que bajar.

I wish I could look at myself
through your mystical eyes;
so I can discover
what you do not dare to say.

The mystery of your silence
feeds my vague anxiety
and it's very difficult to control myself
when I am prevented from avoiding you.

I have you so close every day
and sometimes it becomes agony
because I can't hug you
and it is even impossible to ignore you.

I wish you can give me a sign
that could let me know your truth;
at least everything would be clear
and I will have to get off from the cloud.
