We actually planted a few root veggies this week - we're prioritising observing what wild veggies grow on our land already, but are excited to be 'guerilla planting' in select spots around the place.... Now is asparagus season, and the woods are teaming with the wild plants - plus there's plenty of borage, wild onion type things, chards, burdock, dandelions, chickweed: quite the cornucopia! But yes, we have a big seed collection to pop in here and there, between our forest gardens and bushy areas 🤗🙏🙌🌞🌟
