Yesterday morning I was out the door again by 5am and headed to town for more grain. The first stop was to drop off the 9 empty barrels below the stacks. I'm sure the homeless people trying to sleep under the train overpass at the end of the alleyway are not very happy at the booming sound of the barrels as they hit the pavement after I throw them over the fence. I don't try to to make them louder but I also don't hold back either as I toss the barrels.
Then I stopped to pickup the 2 barrels at the other brewery.
All the traffic in the city between 5 and 6 am is all going very distinct directions. Everyone is headed south towards the 90 while I am in downtown then as I head north on the 2 all the traffic is headed towards the city. I love to be out when I am the only vehicle going the direction I am.
It was a bit of a pain to get my truck slammed into the snow of the garden since I already broke the crust the day before. I managed to get it far enough in that I was able to spread out the barrels closer to the fence. It looks like I should only need another 4 to 6 barrels to fully coat the main garden.
My day was spent trying to get my stupid eczema to mellow out. Once the insane pain from the dry sockets went away I was able to start feeling the enraging eczema again. The pain went and the skin flare hit to where my stupid feet exploded. I have to super coat my skin in a cream or ointment then wrap with gauze and foam wrap to keep the stuff from coming off. I hate sleeping with socks on but have to while this is going on. The antibiotics helped a good bit to diminish the explosion of eczema and with only today left of them I hope that the rest of the eczema will go sooner than later.
While waiting for the boys at the school I finished the second paragliding book. This one is essentially THE manual and I am going to go back through the key chapters once I am done reading the third book I have. I am going to be fully prepared for school in April.
Today should be a good day but since I am unable to do much of anything I am preferring to just skip this birthday. I can't eat anything, can't use our hot tub, can't go do anything with my skin so messed up still, can't work around the farm due to the snow cover, so yeah, I'm looking forward to tomorrow.
