It's my first time here and I'd love to share with you the health benefits of this vegetable leaf called waterleaf
On my visit to my little farm, I had to take some pictures of waterleafs there since it's what I was going to emphasize on today.
I discovered that a lot of people don't like eating water leaf but not withstanding, it is one of the healthiest vegetables,
It's health benefits are numerous And it also gives one of the best taste.

That's the best leaf for Egusi you will bite your finger in sweetness.
Waterleaf is a good source of calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamin A and C, iron.
Apart from that, in my country (Nigeria) and my locality, water leaf is used for enema to help cleanse the intestine and in other words control typhoid
And during cooking it is used to accompany different leafs like, Afang, Egusi, pumpkin leaves, ukazi leaves and other ways you knows better.
