MY CORN 🌽 IS GROWING

Hello everyone, I guess we are all enjoying the homesteading experience.

This time I will be telling us about my maize farm
As we all know this is the best time for maize,it's raining season here Which is the best time for maize.

I have gone through a lot of troubles in clearing, making heap ,planting and weeding.

it's really a long process which requires time, Which intact I fell sick 🤢 in-between,but thanks 😊 to God my effort won't go in vain.

• I will be sharing with us update on one of my maize farm I planted 10 weeks ago,it's really growing in which I have been doing the necessary things I'm supposed to do on it,I built a garden around to prevent prey from entering,while also I go for weeding to every three weeks.
  i also spray pesticide too,to avoid story that touches the heart.
  Due to the much spacing I intentionally did between the maize heap, I planted melon and vegetables in-between,to increase yield within the little period of time.

while the maize is harvested,the vegetable and melon keeps growing,which again I could plant another batch of maize before the raining season ends.

Corn are crops which within two to three months of planting will be done for harvesting.

  Here in Nigeria it can be processed into different form for consumption: semovita,pap, cereal chops,cooked with beans etc and also can be eaten by just cooking or smoking.It really a food full of carbohydrates and it has been saving lives since 1200BC....lol...
