Hello Hive
A happy new week to us all, I hope that we have had the most amazing and restful weekend so far. It's a new and beautiful week and I wish us the blessings of good health and vitality to carry on with a daily task into the week.
Here is another of a planting session go wrong. It's totally disheartening to see that absolutely nothing will be coming out from these okro that has been planted. From the 2nd week of planting the crop was looking fine as if there was nothing wrong
But before it could get to been a year old we stated noticing that it was having yellowing of leaves. At first we have brought that it was because of the grasses in the color that made it looked this way. Efforts were made almost immediately and with the help of manual grass weeding we were able to clean and clear up the grasses in the crop.
Even as the rains started failing and I had expected it to recover and continue to grow well. There has not been any positive change in the okro and by now that this is supposed to be producing food for us there is nothing on it
When I had noticed this singular strand of okro in the farm growing and almost fully matured now I realized that this color was meant to be in this stage of their life's cycle growth. They ought to be producing by now already but only this single okro was seen this far
The yellowing of leaves persisted and some plants are already withering already. At this stage there is no hope that this okro can recover or produce any foods. Now that there is rains and the wether is cooler, other crops have all picked up a positive growth except this very one.
I learnt something really important from this.
We can't always win in life even when it comes to farming, because following this okro everything has been don for it so far that warrant that this okro must do well
