Friends, how are you guys? I hope you all are doing well. Friends: humans have always been friends with trees and plants. There is a different attraction towards them; perhaps that is why we have been giving them a place in our homes too. Friends, I am also very fond of trees and plants.
I am also fond of planting flowers in some pots on my balcony. There are some flowers in them, along with chilli plants too. Friends, about two months ago, I planted a Gokarna sapling. Today, the plant has grown quite big. And today I saw its first flower. I felt very happy seeing it. Friends, I feel very happy seeing green plants.
And I like to take care of them. Friends, the Gokarna flower is considered very auspicious in Hinduism. It is also called Aparajita. Its natural name is Clitoria ternitea. Its flowers are dark blue; there is a little yellow color in the middle. This plant is found in most places in India. Its flowers look very beautiful, and after the flowers dry, fruits appear behind them. Friends, this plant is full of medicinal properties.
Ayurveda has described many benefits for the body. Friends, its flowers are dried in the shade, and its powder is made into tea, to which honey and jaggery are added. This tea is very useful for colds, coughs, and fevers. It increases immunity. Its flowers are very beautiful. Due to this, it is installed at the gallery, gate, and entrance of the temple. Friends, Lord Shiva likes this flower very much.
Here in Maharashtra, it is considered a plant that gives positive energy. Its leaves are dark green and look very beautiful. Here in Maharashtra, it is called Gokarna because the shape of its flowers is like a cow's ear, it is called Gokarna. Friends, if you liked this Gokarna plant of mine, then do comment. Thank you.
