In any business that someone wants to embark on, before going into the business proper, someone must have gone extra miles to gather some informations concerning the business. This is the reason why many businesses fail either small scale or large scale business. So what I am saying in essence is that, experience matters a lot.
So, talking about poultry farm business, there are some tactical aspects of it that request that one needs to be experienced. Meanwhile, in poultry farm business, there are many aspects attach to it; we have the tactical aspect, financial aspect, management aspect and many more but the first three that I mentioned stand to be the major phase of the poultry farm business. If these three major phases of this business are being tampered with, it can affect the outcome profit of the poultry farm business.
It's the tactical and experience aspect that stand in for you when things want to go tough. The tactical aspect talks about a lot of things, to me in the poultry farm business; it talks more about the farm hygiene, how to administer vaccine for the birds and some other cleaning aspect. I had a rough experience when I just started my poultry farm business, I happened to administer vaccine wrongly. The 1000 doses of vaccine that I was suppose to administer with 20 liters of water was administer with 40 litres which made the vaccine to fail without me knowing and this was because I had little experience administering vaccine then, just because my mentor was not around. So when you lack proper experience, it might reduce your outcome profit when mortality rate hit your birds.
