Your soil looks very similar to mine. We also have shortage of workers. To help myself with the weeding I use mulch on top of the soil. Either dried leaves, straw, or woodchips. The mulch keeps moisture in the soil and also slows the weeds growing. Even makes the weeds that do grow easier to pull. As I have fairly weak hands this helps a lot. Your seedlings look so healthy!
