Last year was the year i decided to diversify into goat farming from my previous poultry and fish farming due to inflation and financial constraints,
At first it was not an easy task with little capital i have on me for the investment
My first challenge i have was the construction of the goat house 🏠 that consume a lot of money and as at that time there was no other options to get additional income but with the help of hive i was able to sell some of my asset to finance the project am so happy it was a success today ,
Consistency and hard work pays
At a time in the business i face a lot of problems
I was unable to complete the goat house and i was unable to get enough Capita to buy the number of kid i needed to start the business proper
So i decided to cut my coat according to my materials
Which eventually get me to where I am today
I started with just 2 female 🐑 and one male but with this few numbers sickness came and killed 2 out of the kids at the matured stage i was overwhelmed and feel discouraged but with the advice of some friends i was able to move on and never give up on my dream, i solicited for help and no one was available to help but i did not allow that to discourage either but with the advice of 
But I did not borrow a male but release her for out door grazing and from there she was impregnated by a free male and i returned her to the Cage,
After this period she finally gave birth to a twin both female 🐑 i also manage to raise some money to buy two more female at a cheeper price from a friend now the total number of adult female goat i have now is 3 and two of them have given birth to twins And the last one is also pregnant as am writing this article i have 3 female adult goat and 3 female kid and 1 male kid making a total of 7 goat in my cage am so happy for what am able to achieve
Now i no that consistency and hardwork pays only if you exercise patience and never give up .
