It is another beautiful day to share with you all about some updates in my garden after the planting season has already started here in my area. Farming is one of the amazing thing that I embrace because it gives me the opportunity to eat healthy foods and save me from buying at high cost in the market.
After some heavy rain downpour that happens some weeks ago which give me the opportunity to make some heaps and planted some maize. You can check here to see how it all started.
But after I planted my first maize prior to the new planting season, I incurred some challenges which prompt me to take some steps to make sure that everything is in right order.
After the rain downpour which prompt me to start my farming activities immediately in which I make some heaps and planted some maize like I said earlier. But since I planted the maize, the rain stopped for more than a week and as a result of this, it is only few of the maize that I sow managed to sprout because of the rain drought.
But instead of me to replant another maize immediately, I opted to wait until another rain fall. Some of the maize that survived when the rain stopped has already developed very well as you can see them in the picture. After some days, there was another heavy rain downpour and I immediately replant some of the maize that couldn't survive and I hope in the next coming days,they will all sprouts.
