Do what you love to do 😍

This past weekend Hive account@flowerbaby and I finally got to try out her new skates. It was a beautiful day, but just a bit windy. It had been rainy during the morning, so once the sun came out we saw it as a fine opporunity.

We drove down the boulevard about a mile and then parked to get out at a place called Magic Island. There is a nicely paved walking/bike/skate path in that area. Plus there is also a nice track right on the river, but it was recently flooded so we did not go down there.

As you can see from the photos, Hive account@flowerbaby has totally personalized her new skates and helmet (check out the Hive account@flowersaur sticker.) She is so colorful and that is one of the many things that I love about her.

I know that Hive account@flowerbaby loves skating, so I very much enjoy joining and watching her be happy. Most of the time all I am doing is speed walking to keep up with her and hanging on to her stuff, occasionally holding her hand when she rides over a rough surface. Getting outside and spending time with her is just a good time.

After we finished skating we walked back to the car. On the way there we found a giant tree with the most beautiful blossoms. We decided to stop to get some photos there. It was a great choice, because I think the photographs turned out amazing.

This weekend we get to celebrate our one year anniversary of dating. Hive account@flowerbaby got one new tattoo this week and is getting another on Friday. She has a hair appointment on Saturday. Then Sunday will be our full day together to celebrate being together for a year.
