Hive account@onestrong aims to be a nonprofit collaborative community hive blog account that upvotes members of our real-world community chapters and other affiliate Hive accounts who beneficially service the platform. We hope to reward through upvotes and direct Hive token and HBD token transfers from Hive account@onestrong blog rewards over the coming weeks. We hope that building bonds with other guilds, businesses, witnesses, and other residents to help with establishing our presence as a connector for residents to enter the platform.
Hive account@onestrong aims to establish a presence in a Chicopee Chapter right in the center of the city where economic growth is being sought after by the city. Especially after COVID19 hit the world as it did, there is an opportunity for Hive to help the population. 
Hive account@boycharlieplays, the founder of the program, hopes to open office space in association with the Valley Opportunity Council. By holding this space, the organization hopes to onboard more people and bring on members to create a more engaging platform than ever before. We wish to help other organizations use the Hive as well to share the space and resources to further the brand.
Office Space - Chicopee Center Downtown Area
Hive account@boycharlieplays is looking to open official office space in Chicopee to help many local organizations uplift their communities through active community engagement. In association with the parent company, 
Hive account@boycharliefamily, both Hive account@onestrong and Hive account@boycharlieplays plan to build the Hive tokens presence in the city of Chicopee. Hive account@onestrong needs funding to create events in association with the Chamber of Commerce in Chicopee. With the office space in mind, we hope to have a prime location for all Chicopee Residents to enjoy. For the time being, Hive account@boycharlieplays plans to cover the housing expense for the community blog meetings until the organization can receive grant funding or funding through the DAO Proposal.
Purpose of One Strong Office Spaces
- Meet with Interested Parties who wish to create Hive Accounts
- Assist parties with creating accounts
- Plan Social Media Strategies that involved the Community and utilizing the Hive Blockchain.
New Member Position - Entry Level Member Position
At the New Member Level, any resident with a Hive Account can meet with Hive account@boycharlieplays to utilize the resources for their organization or assist Hive account@onestrong in its mission to help build one strong network as a New Member of Hive account@onestrong. Our founding New Members will help Hive account@boycharlieplays set the foundation of what's to come.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain the One Strong Office during one of the assigned shifts
- Help consult with members of the Community on using One Strong Resource
- Help residents create Hive Accounts using Hive .blog.
- Help maintain proper cleaning of One Strong Space after Community Member usage
Compensation Explained
- Hive account@onestrong: 400 HBD A DAY
- 200 HBD of the total amount given a day to trade for Hive and Power Up Stake into the Account at the Current Market Price.
- The other 200 HBD will be added to the Hive account@onestrong donation bucket to utilize for compensation on expenses for live events, online pieces of training, and other resources for Hive account@onestrong.
- DIRECTOR SALARY: 225 HBD A DAY
- Hive account@boycharlieplays will receive 225 HBD a day. The Account is funding much of the initial investment, power, resources, and time to move the Hive account@onestrong program forward. 225 HBD a day is their payment for their contributions towards the growth of the program.
- A new member will take the remaining 175 HBD a day to serve as their salary for compensation. If no one takes the position, the income splits 50/50 between Hive account@boycharlieplays and the salary for the New Member for next year.
