Esta semana en la raya pude unirme al reto de arte de Hashkings dibujando el avatar STEVE STUB, los invito a participar en especial a mi primo 
Como muchos saben, utilizo Photoshop para hacer mis portadas y collages, lo he estado practicando bastante y con esto del dibujo me he animado a probarlo, he visto que muchos artistas lo utilizan para crear tremendas ilustraciones y pensé que podría lograr algún dibujo interesante con algo de práctica.

As many of you know, I use Photoshop to make my covers and collages, I've been practicing it a lot and with this drawing thing I've been encouraged to try it, I've seen that many artists use it to create great illustrations and I thought I could make some interesting drawings with some practice.
I show you the original avatar of the challenge:
Lo primero que hice fue colocar la imagen en el lienzo para guiarme un poco, hacer un boceto en digital mientras hablaba con un ser querido a la distancia, sin darme cuenta las ideas fueron fluyendo mientras lo escuchaba, ya he dicho que normalmente cuando estoy en llamada me gusta hacer garabatos, pues eta vez no hice un garabato sino un dibujo, creo que no es un garabato ¿o sí?
Luego remarcar las líneas con capas para poder hacer correcciones de una manera más fácil, todavía me falta entender un poco más la función y aprovechamiento de las capas.
The first thing I did was to place the image on the canvas to guide me a little, make a digital sketch while I was talking to a loved one in the distance, without realising it the ideas were flowing while I was listening to him, I have already said that normally when I am on a call I like to doodle, well this time I didn't doodle but a drawing, I think it's not a doodle is it?
Then I highlighted the lines with layers to be able to make corrections in an easier way, I still need to understand a bit more the function and use of the layers.
Luego de esto empecé a darle color utilizando los mismos colores del dibujo original aunque varié un poco la tonalidad de sombras y luces. No me gustan las moscas ni el gusano y decidí no colocarlo en mi versión.
After that I started to colour it using the same colours of the original drawing although I varied a little the shades of shadows and lights. I don't like the flies or the worm and decided not to put it in my version.

Tampoco le coloqué el cigarro, le falta un brazo y el dedo indice, la vida le ha dado una señora paliza pero Steve sigue en pie, no podemos decir que esta vivo pero tampoco esta muerto.
En esta ocasión tampoco me animé a crearle un fondo porque quiero que sea un personaje con fondo transparente que se pueda usar en diferentes post como portadas, separadores, entre otros de forma gratuita para todos los HIVERs, lo estaré dejando en el canal de recursos de la comunidad, solo mencionen que lo hice yo como medida de agradecimiento. Así ha quedado mi versión de STEVE STUB:
I didn't put the cigarette either, he's missing an arm and his index finger, life has given him a real beating but Steve is still standing, we can't say he's alive but he's not dead either.
This time I didn't dare to create a background because I want it to be a character with a transparent background that can be used in different posts like covers, separators, among others for free for all HIVERs, I'll be leaving it in the community resources channel, just mention that I did it as a thank you. This is what my version of STEVE STUB looks like:
