Welcome to the another round of our Weekly Spotlight, where we shine a big, bright light on the funniest submissions from the community!
This spotlight is our way of celebrating those comedy gems that made us snort, giggle, choke on our coffee, or literally LOL in public (yes, we’ve all been there). Like I said, the spotlight is to showcase the most funny post for the week, it might come from our weekly prompt, or random post in the community, so come make the most funny posts you can.
Some weeks, we might only have one spotlight post. Other weeks, we might have ten! It all depends on how funny the submissions are, not kinda funny or I smiled internally funny, but bust-a-gut, tears-down-your-face funny, Yes that kind of funny gets the spotlight.

Under normal circumstances, I should have reached out to the shop owner immediately by calling her, since she doesn’t live in the compound. However, I wasn’t ready to witness the drama that would follow, so I left the scene as it was and decided to wait for her to come and see it herself. My workspace is very close to the compound, so around 10 a.m., the shop owner walked into my shop, and I acted like I didn’t know why she came...
