There are Times when we make decisions as human beings which seems to be the best thing we can come up with other particular time, but in actual sense it's going to be the worst decision you would ever make your life.
When these happens come out the same harmless and feels easy to do. I have made a few of those choicees and while the experience was not good i have also learned that not every easy decisions we make can bring the kind of peace that we actually want
Like I mentioned in one of my blogs that relocating to another community can be a problem, this is not far first because at this point you attend and when you see some certain things your decision is Hastened because you are overthinking it.
For instance, in the course of relocating one thing that is for sure is to look for an apartment where you can call a home so that you would not be stranded in a strength community. However, while I was house hunting the agent I contacted first of all collected a ridiculous amount of agent fee all in the name of being a real estate agent.
As a stranger in a strange land, I bargained for it a bit but had to accept it because I do not know my way around. They took me to several houses to inspect and when I saw this house I thought it was perfect enough and made the necessary payments.
Unfortunately, the apartment was a description of what I ordered versus what I got. A house that look perfect at first became a nightmare when I moved in. It was when I got in I realized that the roof was leaking, I battled with collected dropping water from the roof before the landlord decided to fix it. A funny thing about these so called landlords is that once you make payment, it seems hard to contact them for any other thing.
As we speak, the area is suffering from lack of consistent electricity which makes it difficult to carry out tasks that require light in the place. Since I came I get to charge my phone and power bank from my workplace.
The one that broke the camels back was the fact the next tenant who seemed to be a prayer warrior and a devoted Christian missed the part in the Christian doctrine where cleanliness is next to godliness. On many occasions she would use the toilet and leave it messy, all complaints fell on deaf ears.
I am just glad that I thought it wise to pay for only six months rents so as to get familiar with the area, as it is going I would not even advise my enemy to rent such a place. I have been seeing good houses around and soon will make a better choice.
