Exactly this! I've watched a few interviews with him and he talks a lot about getting the right players in. I've also seen him talk before a training session and he tells the players about getting stuck in and not to get upset "if somebody goes in hard". So I like that. But so far on the pitch, things don't look great. I texted a mate after we'd wasted a load of set pieces and before Huddersfield scored from a corner that we need a Set Piece coach. But we need more than that. After Lewis Wing went off injured (our best player), our oldest outfield player by a considerable margin was only 27 - so they're a young bunch.

Honestly, I fear for us this season but it's not surprising after 2 years of transfer embargos and internal destruction!
