Why on Earth would the Barca vs Napoli game be played? The Spanish government has banned all flights between Spain and Italy for the time being. There's a reason Inter/Getafe and Sevilla/Roma were cancelled. It makes absolutely no sense if that was to actually be played. UEFA doesn't have the authority to simply overrule the decrees of national governments
