This time I want to show again about other types of ornamental plants that are famous for their beauty and uniqueness, namely variegata ornamental plants.
Variegata is an ornamental plant that has a difference with its innate color, where most of the color is close to one part of the plant body. Therefore, this variegata is expressed in the form of plant parts in the form of lines or blots with different colors according to the original color. However there are many colors, from yellow to red, but the most common is white. All of which is what distinguishes variegata from other ornamental plants. This is what makes this variegata ornamental plant booming and is accompanied by a fantastic price increase in 2020, like in my country, Indonesia.
In general, variegata has colors, namely yellow, white, pink and irregular patterns. However, there are also variegates with irregular patterns, it can even occur in all parts, so that the color display is only yellow, white, or pink. However, the color of the variegata plant can occur naturally. Indeed, some are made, by adding certain hormones to plants, causing mutations in genes that cause changes in their original color. In the world of ornamental plants, variegata plants have more value when compared to plants that have ordinary colors. This is because the variegata variety has an increasingly rare attraction, because it is outside the naturalness of plants in general.
The most striking thing is that there are clear pattern boundaries that relate to patterns in other parts of the plant. So you have to be able to distinguish which ones are variegata and which ones change color because the plants are unhealthy and variegata spots are seen on the stems and also on the leaf bones, while those which are attacked only occur in the leaves. Therefore, differences in color due to disease or nutritional deficiencies can be seen from different, irregular and unrelated color gradations between spots.
Based on the explanation of the paragraph above, if you want to present a fresh and cool residential atmosphere in your home, one of them can be done by planting and placing your favorite variegata ornamental plants in the right position, both indoors and outdoors. Apart from making the house cooler, the colors of beautiful ornamental plants will also add liveliness and positive energy to residents, of course.
