Goals - What are 2 goals you want to achieve in 2026 and how do you plan to achieve them?

Good day everyone, and thank you for this gentle moment of sharing.
This year, I set a few clear goals for myself, but two stand out in my heart more than the rest. The first is to live completely free from any form of debt. I have experienced how owing, no matter how small, quietly steals peace of mind. My plan is simple and honest. I track every expense, avoid unnecessary spending, and face each obligation one after the other instead of running from them. I have learned to say no to pressure purchases and to focus on needs before wants. Each payment cleared gives me a small sense of freedom and strength.
The second goal is to build serious savings in a way that does not choke my daily life. I am choosing consistency over pressure and realism over competition. I plan to save from every income, no matter how little it seems, and treat savings as a responsibility, not an afterthought. I break my savings into small targets so it feels achievable and encouraging. I also remind myself that progress does not have to be loud to be powerful.
I'll be making use of a traditional method which is the wooden savings box.
These two goals work hand in hand. Staying out of debt makes saving easier, and saving helps me avoid future debt. Together, they shape a calmer life, one decision at a time, guided by patience, discipline, and quiet determination. I allow myself grace on hard days and return gently to the plan without guilt or fear.
