Do I believe in destiny? Yes I do. But I also think we all have our parts to play in shaping our destiny.
I think somethings are bound to happen in life. For instance, meeting people, being born in a particular family or facing some challenges, all these are meant to happen. They can help us to grow and shape who we become.
I as much as I believe in destiny and how we play parts in it, I also believe that God gave us the power to make choices. Even if a path is set before us, we have to choose if we want to walk that path or not, we have to choose to be hardworking or lazy. We also have to pray that God should help us make good choices and follow the path which he laid for us.
Musician don't become great overnight, it's through hard work. If you see yourself singing and playing instruments and you just do that at the comfort of your home, who will see you? How will you meet your destiny helper if everything is done in your home? No one sees you or hears you just yourself. Your destiny has been laid that you'll be a great musician but you just sit in your house and expect destiny to come, how's that possible?
There were certain times in my life were things felt hopeless but I made a decision to try and try harder and everything changed. So yes, destiny exists, but our choices, hard work, and prayers help shape what becomes of us. Destiny gives us the start, but we must finish the journey ourselves.
