On a clear day, the sun began to make its ascent above the horizon at precisely 6:20 a.m. A serene tranquility settled in the air as I bid farewell to my son, who embarked on his day of learning at the school. With a sense of anticipation, I mapped out my plan for the morning – a leisurely drive along the winding beach road, embracing the beauty that nature had to offer.
Embarking on this journey, my first destination was Phromthep Cape. This breathtaking landmark, known for its majestic sunsets, was now bathed in the gentle light of dawn. As I parked my vehicle and stepped out, I was greeted by the invigorating embrace of the early morning atmosphere. The sky was a canvas of soft hues, with shades of light blue and dark blue merging seamlessly on the horizon.
Phromthep Cape held a special place in the hearts of those who had witnessed its awe-inspiring sunsets, but its early morning charm was a secret treasure known to only a few. The cape extended like a rugged arm into the embrace of the sea, commanding a view that extended far beyond the reaches of ordinary sight. Sugar palm trees swayed in the gentle breeze, their silhouettes adding an element of tropical allure to the scene.
Standing at the edge of Phromthep Cape, I looked out across the expanse of the sea. In the foreground, Koh Kaew Noi and Koh Kaew Yai lay like twin gems in the water, casting a picturesque charm that complemented the distant horizon. To the right, Nai Harn Beach stretched its golden sands, a haven for relaxation and a testament to nature's grandeur.
In this tranquil hour, the cape was devoid of the usual throng of tourists that would later flock to witness the setting sun. Instead, I reveled in the solitude, embracing the serenity of the moment. The soft sound of the waves whispered a soothing melody.
