I baked muffins yesterday for my colleagues. Were mega delicious 😋 Preheat oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat. Beat the margarine with the eggs and honey until nice and fluffy. Stir flour, baking powder, sour cream as well as milk into the egg mixture. Use as much milk as necessary until the dough falls from the spoon with difficulty. Stir in the ground hazelnuts. Divide into 12 muffin cups and place in the oven for 25 minutes. When muffins are cool, spread melted chocolate glaze over them and sprinkle sprinkles on top.
