It's actually just a simple marble cake but I find he looks very pretty from the pattern πβ€οΈ
Baking cocoa to taste (depends on how dark you want it, I like it nice and dark).
Beat the eggs with the sugar and the packet of tonka bean sugar. Add the oil and the milk. Mix flour with baking powder and add by spoonfuls, mixing until smooth. Divide ready dough in half and mix one part with the baking cocoa. Add 1 more sip of milk to the cocoa part.
Now alternate 2 to 3 tablespoons of the light and dark dough, one on top of the other, into a greased loaf pan. Do NOT stir with a fork or wooden stick.
Put the cake in a preheated oven at 170Β° C for about 50 minutes.
Let the finished cake cool briefly in the mold and then turn out after about 10 minutes.
