The Ehrbachklamm is an absolute highlight. We cross the narrow valley over rocks, wooden walkways and steep stairs. Surrounded by steep cliffs and lush greenery. I don't like walking fast, the views of this wonderful landscape are far too beautiful. A natural path squeezed through the narrow and deeply cut valley next to the Ehrbach. It was cool and humid and here and there you had the feeling that the path was more in the stream than next to it. Bridges, steel cables and short ladders helped in tricky and slippery places and we made slow progress. That was partly because of the underground, but partly also because of the great photo opportunities that came up again and again. Nevertheless, this section was over much too quickly and there was a very steep climb out of the valley.
