A walk down the street—everything is blooming and smells like spring)
Spring is so lovely when everything is so beautiful, blooming, and fragrant. There’s still plenty to bloom, like lilacs. But that will come later.
Right now, the fruit trees are in bloom. The cherry, sweet cherry, plum, apricot, and other trees are blooming beautifully.
Bees are flying above the trees, pollinating the flowers. Pollination is necessary for the fruit to form.
I took some photos of the blooming trees. It’s so lovely to walk down the street and see all this beauty.
Now is a great time to take photos and do photo shoots against the backdrop of the beautiful blossoms.
It’s gotten colder now—low temperatures at night and windy during the day. I’m worried the flowers might freeze or get blown off by the wind. I’m hoping for a good harvest. Last year, the harvest of cherries, sweet cherries, apricots, and plums was small. I hope this year I’ll be able to eat the sweet cherries that grow in my yard.
