There are various types of food and of course not everyone enjoys such foods, but I will share one food on this occasion where this food is a very interesting food and I have also enjoyed it several times. But some of my colleagues have never enjoyed it, namely octopus satay, which I enjoyed when I visited Sabang some time ago.
The octopus is one of the animals which is of course quite difficult for us to find if we are on a regular beach, usually of course they are found on beaches which are quite deep and also have coral, even that is their ecosystem and the place I visited was one of the places where It's quite easy to find people selling octopus
As for the taste itself, it is of course chewier and feels softer like we are biting into a sponge, but this is quite delicious because of course it is mixed with spices from Padang satay. The taste itself is not too different from the taste of spices from satay in general, but what differentiates it is the texture of the The octopus meat itself is of course very delicious
