Broccoli cultivation in garden👨🏼‍🌾

I start my cultivation in March directly in the greenhouse 🌱
Here I no longer use normal potting soil. The seeds come directly into nutrient-rich potting soil 😊 Sowing depth is 2 cm and the germination period is cm 8 to 11 days at 14 to 21 degrees.
The plants are not pricked out. They are allowed to grow in the seed tray and receive a small supply of nutrients if necessary.
It will be planted out at the end of April 😊
Broccoli does not need much care. But loves a loose and humus-rich soil 🤗 It is mulched with lawn clippings immediately after planting. The broccoli of the Starkzehrer family is fertilized every 2 weeks with nettle manure undiluted 🥦 should a small rose appear, it should definitely be fertilized again!
It can usually be harvested in mid-July. The harvest window is short and should be closely monitored. As it tends to flower quickly. So pay close attention to that. It doesn't work out perfectly for me every year either. 🤗
