Typhoon Karding (Noru) struck our country recently, and despite the warnings, some people are not ready. Even the day when typhoon reached our place, it made me feel a bit complacent. The photos I shared above are captured around 12 hours before we felt the strong winds. The first one (after the collage) is around 9am while we're walking to the bus stop, the second and third is around 1pm, and the last photo was about 1:30pm. At that time, our province is already placed at Signal Number 3.
I am with my wife, and her deaf student as we attended our sign language weekend meetings in Dagupan City. We stopped by in Binmaley town (my wife's hometown) where we had our lunch, and went home.
It's cloudy but it didn't rain during daytime. Even at early evening, there's no rain. It's quiet. However, I'm worried because the prediction is it will exit from our province that night. I really hate it when strong winds come at night because I will lose some sleep. I'm not wrong, and the strong winds came around midnight. I had only around 2 hours of sleep.
