Growth
We might have some things in mind that we wanted to do or invest our time on, make sure it's something worthwhile or it will be a big contribution for your growth. There's always room for growth or improvement. We only have limited energy, and we should spend it wisely. We may experiences tiredness, but it will eventually pass.
Monday
I had sleepover at my godparents' house, which was unplanned. I just don't have a choice because it's already late at night. I slept early though, as the girls are having their time (with friends and my wife). Still feeling tired since more than a week already.
Break
During my walking and jogging exercises, I do stop from time to time so I can rest. Taking a break adds energy as I embark on walking again. It's a good thing that the park where I used to work looks beautiful at early evening. The lights beautifies the surroundings. How I wish that the park will be repaired though.
