I've been selling grilled chicken sticky rice for over a year now. Every morning I wake up at 3:00 a.m. to steam sticky rice and grill chicken. As for the chicken, I season and marinate the chicken in the evening, after skewering it, I put it in the refrigerator. The flavor will fit into the chicken just right.
