Very good evening friends of hive I hope you are very well today I bring you some photos of the memory, photos that I took on a trip I made with my family to the GRAN SABANA, I had already shared with you some photos of the stone of the virgin that is at the entrance of the GRAN SABANA, now I bring you the rest of my tour.
LA GRAN SABANA has beauties that are very difficult to describe with words. At the entrance we find the monument to the pioneer soldier, a monument built in honor of the military who have guarded and cared for this vast region, it is a must to take the photo of the memory.
From there we continued our journey admiring the scenery and taking some pictures until we reached the kamoiran rapids where we took some pictures and from there we continued our journey to the kawi jump where we camped our first night in a pemon camp, we rented some churuatas because it was raining and it was too late to set up the tents. The next day we continued our journey to the Pacheco ravine where we spent a good time bathing and getting to know the area, there is near the Arapan Meru waterfall, from there we continued to a camp that is in the Kama Meru waterfall where we set up the tents and we stayed two days.
From there we went out to visit the waterfalls, rivers and nearby places.
Among them a town called SAN FRANCISCO DE YURUANI and the ravine of Jaspe a very nice ravine with the particularity that the bottom of the river is covered with a red stone called jasper that gives a beautiful color to its waters and hence its name the ravine of Jaspe.
We also visited SANTA ELENA DE UAIREN which is the capital of the municipality GRAN SABANA, we took advantage of the proximity to the border to reach the line that is the boundary with BRAZIL and cross to PACARAIMA municipality of BRAZIL.
In total we spent 4 days in the GRAN SABANA we wanted to stay a few more days but we had a trip planned from there to MERIDA but that is another story.

Muy buenas noches amigos de hive espero se encuentren muy bien hoy les traigo unas fotos del recuerdo, fotos que tome en un viaje que hice junto con mi familia a la GRAN SABANA ,ya había compartido con ustedes algunas fotos de la piedra de la virgen que está en la entrada de la GRAN SABANA, ahora les traigo el resto de mi recorrido.
LA GRAN SABANA tiene bellezas que son muy difícil describir con palabras. En la entrada entrada encontramos el monumento al soldado pionero,un monumento construido en honor a los militares que han vigilado y cuidado esta extensa región, es paso obligatorio para tomarse la foto de el recuerdo
De ahí continuamos nuestro viaje admirando los paisajes y tomando algunas fotos hasta llegar a los rápidos de kamoiran donde nos tomamos algunas fotos y de ahi continuamos nuestro viaje hasta el salto kawi donde acampamos nuestra primera noche en un campamento pemon, alquilamos unas churuatas porque estaba lloviendo y se nos hizo muy tarde para armar las carpas. Al siguiente día seguimos nuestra travesia hasta la quebrada de Pacheco ahí pasamos un buen rato bañandonos y conociendo la zona ahí está cerca el salto arapan Meru, de ahí continuamos hasta un campamento que está en el salto kama Meru donde armamos las carpas y nos quedamos dos días
Desde allí salíamos a conocer los saltos, rios y lugares cercanos
entre ellos un pueblo llamado SAN FRANCISCO DE YURUANI y la quebrada de Jaspe una quebrada muy linda con la particularidad que el fondo del río esta cubierto de una piedra roja llamada jaspe que le da un color hermoso sus aguas y de allí su nombre la quebrada de Jaspe.
También visitamos SANTA ELENA DE UAIREN que es la capital del municipio GRAN SABANA , aprovechamos la cercanía a la frontera para llegar a la línea que es el límite con BRASIL y cruzar hasta PACARAIMA municipio de BRASIL.
En total pasamos 4 días en la GRAN SABANA queríamos quedarnos unos días más pero teníamos un viaje planificado desde allí hasta MÉRIDA pero eso es otra historia.
