Last few days have been a little tough for me and my family. Around a week ago my husband got flu and cough, actually everyone in his office suddenly had these symptoms altogether and that's why he said it might be covid. Although he didn't get tested, it was not feasible. Even isolating him at home was not possible due to my little daughter. Though we tried whatever was possible to minimize the infection, but after 2 days I too felt my sore throat. Next day I got high fever with sever body ache and feeling cold. The temperature didn't came down even after taking PCM tablet. It came down a little and then again got high after 5 hours. So I took another dose before going to sleep. As I slept I could feel the sweat in the midnight and then fever was gone. Next day there was no fever and body ache., but my nose started bleeding and it kept bleeding for whole of the day (except when I was resting) , next day it too was ok. But in the night only, Dakshu got fever., and felt like vomiting. She vomited as I gave her medicine of fever. She kept crying then we tried to make her sleep. As she woke up in the morning, again feverish, and nausea with cough and thorat pain. In the afternoon she again vomited. We thought of visiting a paediatric doctor in nearby city. The doc was out of country, someone told us about another doc and we went to him. He prescribed medicines for 5 days.
It has been two days we are giving her medicines. She is better than before. But her cough and thorat pain is big issue now. She cry whenever cough. They say gargling with warm salt water is good in thorat issues but she is too small to even gargle.
Hopefully she will recover soon. Hopefully all will be better. God has taken care of us a lot during this tough time indeed He loves us a lot. Thanks to the Almighty for everything!
